Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post, or an email — of your decision to withdraw from this contract. There is no prescribed form: a short message stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw is enough.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, no fees will be charged to you for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (§ 18(1) Z3 FAGG).
